1. About the Service

CAMTOVIDEOCALL ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the website camtovideocall.com and provides an online video communication platform that enables registered users to connect and interact with other users in real time via live cam-to-cam video chat.

The Service includes HD peer-to-peer video chat powered by WebRTC technology, a text chat system, smart random matching, gender and country filter options, and associated account management features. Some features are available free of charge; others require a paid premium subscription.

By accessing camtovideocall.com, registering an account, or using any part of the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with CAMTOVIDEOCALL and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. User Eligibility

The Service is intended exclusively for adults. You must meet all of the following conditions to use CamToVideoCall:

• You must be at least 18 years of age or older
• You must be legally permitted to use video chat services in your country or jurisdiction
• You must not have been previously suspended or terminated from the Service
• You must be a human individual — accounts created by bots, scripts, or automated tools are not permitted

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If we discover that you do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account without notice.

3. Account Registration

To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide a valid, working email address that you own and have access to
• Choose a display name that does not impersonate any other person or entity
• Select your correct gender — this is used for matching purposes
• Create a secure password of at least 6 characters
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Notify us immediately at support@camtovideocall.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. CAMTOVIDEOCALL enforces single-device sessions — logging in on a new device will automatically end your previous session.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CamToVideoCall. Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

• Sharing illegal content — uploading, streaming, or distributing any content that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Explicit or pornographic content — broadcasting sexually explicit material of any kind
• Harassment or abuse — threatening, bullying, intimidating, stalking, or harassing other users in any way
• Impersonating others — pretending to be another person, celebrity, or entity during video sessions or in your profile
• Recording without consent — capturing, recording, or distributing video or audio of other users without their explicit consent
• Spam and solicitation — sending unsolicited commercial messages, advertisements, or promotional content to other users
• Malicious code — distributing viruses, malware, spyware, or any harmful software through the Service
• Unauthorized access — attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Circumventing restrictions — using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to bypass geographic restrictions, age verification, or account bans
• Violating applicable laws — using the Service in any manner that violates laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of other users

5. Premium Services

CamToVideoCall offers optional paid premium features including gender-specific matching filters (Male and Female) and country-specific matching. Premium subscriptions are available on Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly billing cycles.

By purchasing a premium subscription, you agree that:

• All payments are final and subject to our Refund Policy
• Premium features are activated immediately upon successful payment
• Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment gateways — CAMTOVIDEOCALL does not store complete card details
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, and matching algorithms — are the exclusive property of CAMTOVIDEOCALL and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

CAMTOVIDEOCALL reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms. Terminated users may not re-register using the same or a different email address without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CAMTOVIDEOCALL makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to uninterrupted operation, freedom from viruses, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

CAMTOVIDEOCALL is not responsible for user-generated content or interruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CAMTOVIDEOCALL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Privacy

11. Changes to Terms
